I’m Ron Williams, a business executive with over 20 years of experience in financial and operations management. My journey has been shaped by the challenges of growing up in a disadvantaged household, where traditional paths to success often felt out of reach. These experiences ignited a deep commitment within me to create opportunities for others like myself.
With an MBA from the University of Michigan and a future Doctorate Program on the horizon, I have dedicated my career to developing sustainable strategies that empower businesses. As a certified Senior Business Strategist and an honorably discharged veteran, I bring a unique perspective to the table—one that values resilience, innovation, and community.
The inception of Key Business Strategist, my consulting firm, was driven by a desire to help businesses enhance profitability and sustainability. However, I recognized a critical gap in our entrepreneurial landscape: many talented and innovative entrepreneurs from underserved communities struggle to connect with the vital resources they need to thrive. This realization led to the creation of the Community Commerce Connection Podcast.
